At Locena, we want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Because many of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment process, our return and refund process may be different from stores that sell ready-made inventory.

30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us first. Do not send items back without approval.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address may vary depending on the order and fulfillment process.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
To help us review your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and the issue
- A photo of the packaging if the package arrived damaged
Approved issues may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Print-on-Demand Return Notice
Many Locena products are made after an order is placed. Because of this print-on-demand process, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong color
- Entering the wrong shipping address
- Changing your mind after production has started
Before placing your order, please review the product details carefully and check our Size Guide to help choose the right size.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size, color, or design, the fastest option is to place a new order for the item you want. Please review the Size Guide before placing a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return or issue has been reviewed. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Estimated refund processing time:
Within 10 business days after approval
Please remember that your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@locena.com.
Shipping Issues
If your package appears delayed, lost in transit, or has not updated for an extended period of time, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
