Locena offers print-on-demand apparel and related products, including graphic T-shirts and gift-focused designs. Our products may be produced and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand production partners, including BurgerPrints where applicable.

We make every effort to display product images, colors, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, production method, and product availability.

Product descriptions, designs, prices, and availability may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit product quantities at our discretion.

3. Orders

When you place an order with Locena, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or modify an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, pricing errors, address issues, or other operational concerns.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm and process it. Payment must be received and authorized before production or fulfillment begins.

Because many Locena products are made using a print-on-demand process, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has started. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product style, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.

Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Products purchased from Locena are intended for personal, household, or gift use and may not be purchased for unauthorized resale, export, or commercial misuse.

4. Prices, Billing, and Payments

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price shown at checkout at the time your order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply to your order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and account information for all purchases. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.

We may use third-party payment providers, including payment services available through Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment processors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Locena products are typically made after an order is placed. Production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses, weather, holidays, fulfillment delays, or other events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss may pass to the customer as permitted by applicable law.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because many of our products are made on demand, we may not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, entering the wrong shipping address, or changing your mind after production has started.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at support@locena.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

The Locena store, including but not limited to product designs, text, graphics, images, logos, layouts, product descriptions, collections, and other content, is owned by Locena, Pixora Studio LLC, its affiliates, licensors, or content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may use our store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, download, scrape, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our store or content without our prior written permission.

The names Locena and Pixora Studio LLC, along with related brand elements, product names, designs, and slogans, may be trademarks or proprietary assets of Locena or Pixora Studio LLC. Shopify names, logos, and related marks are owned by Shopify. Other names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

By using our store, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Locena, including any injury, damage, loss, refund issue, product issue, or transaction dispute arising from products or services purchased from Locena.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases or transactions with Locena, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Personal information collected through our store is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be collected and processed by Shopify in order to operate, secure, improve, and provide the services used by our store.
